Data we process

What you enter in the booking form: name, phone number, email address if you choose to give one, pick-up address, destination, date and time of service, number of passengers and number of pieces of luggage.

If you use the location feature, your device supplies the coordinates needed to obtain a readable address. That feature only runs when you expressly ask for it, and you can revoke the permission at any time in your browser settings.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed in order to handle your taxi request, assign a suitable vehicle and contact you in connection with that service. It is not used for advertising, and no commercial profiles are built.

Whether providing data is required

Providing your name, phone number, pick-up address and destination is necessary in order to deliver the service: without them the request cannot be fulfilled.

The email address is optional and leaving it blank does not prevent the booking.

Recipients

The following providers take part in delivering the service, each with a defined role:

• WhatsApp, operated in the European Economic Area by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited: the channel through which the booking request is transmitted.
• CartoCiudad, a service of Spain’s National Geographic Institute (Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility): address geocoding. Processing takes place in Spain.
• Google Ads, operated in the European Economic Area by Google Ireland Limited: measuring which adverts lead to a request. It takes part only if you accept cookies.

Retention period

Request data is not stored on this website. It is kept only in the conversation held with the customer.

Cookies

A notice with two options appears the first time you visit. Until you answer, no cookie is set and no third-party script is downloaded.

If you accept, the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Limited) is loaded and sets cookies used to identify which advert led to a taxi request. The legal basis is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

If you decline, nothing from Google is loaded. Your answer is kept in the browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, and never leaves your device. To change it, clear the site data: you will be asked again on your next visit.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability by writing to taxipb26@gmail.com, stating which right you are exercising and enclosing a document proving your identity.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or in how the service is provided. The date shown at the foot indicates the last revision.
